Frequently asked questions
We’re making earnings more predictable and waiting less frustrating. Task fees are now more balanced, with longer deliveries paying more and short tasks slightly less than before. You will also receive an extra fee for unexpected delays and get real-time demand insights through the City Heat Map.
We’ve listened to your feedback and know that some of the most frustrating parts of delivering are waiting for the next task on the street and waiting for late orders at venues. We’ve also seen that longer deliveries haven’t been paid as well as shorter ones. With these updates, we are tackling several challenges raised by couriers at once. At the same time, we are also launching some of the top-requested new features that will help you get more out of your online time.
In order to continuously improve the platform, updates are necessary – especially in such a fast-growing industry like the one we operate in. The updates rolled out now aim to fix imbalances, improve the predictability of earnings, and introduce new features that will improve your delivery experience.
